I am a working professional and I am planning to do MBA in HR via distance. Can I do any IIM certificate for added advantage?

Actually my overall work exp is 10 yrs in finance sector. now I'm doing MBA-HR & IIM Certification for profile deviation from Finance to HR. Can I expect the career growth & Work life balance due to this change
