Hi Rahul,
The first requirement to open a chemist shop/pharmacy is to be a Pharmacist and registering with Pharmacy Council of India. However, it is advisable for you to visit the website of Pharmacy Council Of India (http://pci.nic.in/) for all the requirements, as these requirements might change
