It is very good idea to do MBA after few years experience. It will help you to have better learning based on your experience and take your career on growth path.

HR is a good MBA specialization. Nowadays, HR professionals can grow till board member easily. 4 months of dedicated preparations is sufficient to crack CAT and get admission in a good college for an average plus analytical thinking person.
