best is IGNOU but indeed it is really tough n time consuming as there r some classes on weekends...
do MBA if ur job needs it plz dont do it as it is in fashion now a days like jeans r...
plz if u can manage ur job n studies well then only start MBA else take time to decidee

best ones are symbiosis, ICFAI and sikkim manipal university in india.
