I am about to complete my graduation, what should I do next? Should I go for a full time MBA or a job instead with MBA through distance?

I am confused. Kindly suggest.

If you are prepared well for the MBA competitive exams like CAT, MAT and others and if you get a good college to pursue MBA, then you should go with the MBA first. But in case you are not prepared so you should go for a job first and try to prepare yourself for the CAT or MAT. If you have work experience then you have the options for E-MBA aso which is also a good option to pursue and if you do regular MBA also after joining to some job that job experience will definitely give you an advantage over other candidates in campus placements and growth options. Also if you join job after graduation you have the option for distance learning
