I am about to complete my graduation, what should I do next? Should I go for a full time MBA or a job instead with MBA through distance?

If you are prepared well for the MBA competitive exams like CAT, MAT and others and if you get a good college to pursue MBA, then you should go with the MBA first. But in case you are not prepared so you should go for a job first and try to prepare yourself for the CAT or MAT. If you have work experience then you have the options for E-MBA aso which is also a good option to pursue and if you do regular MBA also after joining to some job that job experience will definitely give you an advantage over other candidates in campus placements and growth options. Also if you join job after graduation you have the option for distance learning MBA and many good colleges like IMT, Symbiosis and other universities offer the same. This will also help you in your career growth. E-MBA is meant for working professionals and duration is 1 year and is equivalent to 2 years MBA course. E-MBA also have good career options as your previous work experience and EMBA will help you in to directly join in the middle or high Management positions of the companies.
