You should go for B.Sc.-Physics. Till under graduation, there is no specialization and subject of Physics would deal with Optics, quantum mechanics, solid state devices, nuclear physics and optical physics. Afterwards, you should pursue M.Sc. Physics and Ph.D. in Nuclear physics.
