I am about to finish M.Com from IGNOU with 60% & want to go abroad for further education with a budget of 7 lacs. Which is the best country?

Hi Nawraj,
In 7 lacs only, you won't get too many options. Affordable countries include Poland, Finland, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic, Malaysia, Japan, China etc. All these countries have good universities, you have to browse on the university websites for programs, requirements, fee, career opportunities etc. and decide.
