I am accepted in the university of california, Berkeley/economics Major. My family can fund me partially so I am l need any financial assist

I need any form of financial assistance as I am an International student.There is no problem with my tuition Although we can hardly pay them,my family will try its best. All I would like to get help with is an amount of 15 to 20000$. I don't mind applying for loan,but I don't ve american cosigner
