I am Aftaab student of BCA 1st year from Tilak University, But now i want to go for pune university, What college options can i have?

I have done BCA 1st year from Tilak University, but now i want to go for pune university as for better studies with affordable fee structure in pune. I heard there is some problem for admission from tilak university to pune university, but is there any options to do so? & College options as well?
