Better you go for MCA at least for sure you will get jobs in teaching and if you do the supporting course (s) in software/hardware/networking will be your added advantage for jobs in IT industry.

Go with MCA first to make BCA fully meaningful & then think 4 MBA.

both if you choose MCA you can as lateral entry even also you can choose MBA & choose specialization of IT

dear ajay dont get confused as u know da abbreviation of both courses. MCA & MBA. mca is more on technical part and mba is more on business part.
If u have better ability in tec part close ur eyes and join MCA & if u lik administrative part join MBA.

it is just like need of food only type of food you have to decide
both are master degree after BCA you can plan for MBA OR MCA . as you know MCA is three years master course based on computer programming where as MBA is two years management course . ajay if you want
