i am am bcom with 4yrs of wrkg exp. as equity dealer but want to change my career.What are the options are open for me in finance industry?

I am commerce graduate and currently working with Anand Rathi Securities as a Equity dealer.I have 4 years of exp. as a equity dealer.Now i want to change my this career from stock market and want to do some other job in finance sector.so please advice me what are the options are open for me ??
