Yes, students from every stream can pursue BCA as a UG course. But you'll not get admission in every other university. There are some universities which offer admission to arts students. You'll have to search for those universities and colleges affiliated to them.

If you have Mathematics as your subject in 12th then you are eligible for the BCA. Otherwise, you are not.
