Hello Sushabhan,
It's nice to know your intention / desire / dream of doing something in computers. There are plenty of courses that many Institutions in your city must be offering. You should first survey all possible courses and then select the one that excites you.

Web designing is a good choice. In your city, there will be plenty of Institutions who will be offering this course.
