    Hello,
Even arts student can go for MBA programme. Only Bachelor degree with minimum 50 percent requirement is the pre requisite. Besides this, if you are not inclined for management programs you can for various Masters studies in arts field depending on the major subject you have chosen for your Bachelor studies. Like, Masters in philosophy, English literature, political Science, law, psychology, economics and so on. You may also opt for fine arts
You choose your stream bases on your interests.

Choosing a stream solely depends on your interest, if you have interest in finance/ good in maths and have interest towards economics than Finance is a goos choice. If you think you are good at interacting with people and can convince them than Marketing is a good choice. HR is more liked by people with interest in engaging with others. Operations is more related to using mathematics and analytical skills to improve return on Investment and minimise time. Look at your interest/liking/dislikings and choose a stream accordingly.
