I am an aspirant & want to study in UEM but my parents can't afford the expense of that college. I want to pursue B.Tech CSE.

You can appear for different engineering entrance examinations like JEE which is the most important and if you qualify then you'll get a chance to get in the IITs by appearing in the JEE Advanced. You can also apply for the state entrance exams. They also include government colleges which are afford

But this year I dropped out and I couldn't fill up the any JEE exam form this year. So one more year drop. This will make my parents tensed.
