Hi Harshit, For admission in govt. B.Tech colleges in U.P. you have to clear UPSEE with top rank. For the info of UPSEE kindly refer to this Link: http://www.upsee.nic.in/ After clearing this you are eligible for taking admission in govt. B.Tech colleges in U.P. Few of them are: M.M.M. Engineer
