I am an average student and have scored 40%. Am I eligible to do MA?

Yes, you are eligible for MA. But you have to take admission in your local area where admission is held directly. -

I really and fully understand your situation and angst. Invariably minimum marks in graduation for doing PG are around 50%. But I feel if you approach local college, them may find a solution. Else I suggest you to try distance education mode for pursuing your aim. Best wishes.
