I am an average student with B.Com degree. Shall I go for MBA or do some job?

MBA is not the only remedy for your troubles.You need to score well to get into reputed institutes, which is not that an easy task.
Sit for a while and think thoroughly about your likings and interest areas and then evaluate the options you have in hand.
It's very difficult to advise anything without knowing your situation. -
Dear Praveen! My suggestion is that don't go for MBA right now. Kindly gain some work experience and then apply for MBA. As this work experience will give weightage to your profile and you will be preffered during selections.
