I am an Ayurveda medical faculty student. What should I do to resolve my scholarship issue?

I am a final year BAMS student. My admission was based on 50% scholarship+50es. I have paid all my fees and now the college is asking to pay the scholarship amount in single sum. It is not possible for me as I belong to a middle class family.
