Hello Pratksha,
There are two major career choices for women agricultural graduates. One is to study further (M.Sc., Ph.D) and enter into a career in research/teaching by competing in the ICAR's Agricultural Research Service selection or in state agricultural universities. Post graduates can also take up work in temporary research support positions in research projects. The other one is to find employment in the respective state department of agriculture, depending on its selection process.
