i am an ECE graduate,2007 passout from VTU Belgaum.i have 4months of exp as Facility management engineer(jul-oct 2007).after that i did a certficate course in VLSI(1 month)in march 2009 but still i am not getting suitable openings in kolkata.will a course in GSM & CDMA help?.suggestions needed.
