You can do MBA in Economics. Here are a few colleges:
PGP specialisation in Economics and Social Sciences- IIM-B & IIM-C.

As you are economics graduate, finance will be a better option for you in MBA.

This would depend on your interest areas and long term career objective. Keeping both in mind, you need to decide what MBA or other academics you want to pursue.

You can opt for sales and marketing as you will be familiar with marketing strategies, idea of GDP, and demand and supply.
