I am an Electronics &Telecomm. diploma engnr. Will doing CMC Certified Enterprise Network Administrator & Expert course help me?

I am a fresher. Since the cost of Cisco exams are more, I can't afford it now. So will getting a Network Administrator certificate from CMC Academy help me in getting a good job in India easily?
