    Yes, of course, you can take admission in IGNOU. It's a central university.

    Hello Nandini,
    It's very heartening to know your desire to continue studies even after a gap of 4 years. Keep it up. I suppose you must be wanting to pursue MA via distance mode. Normally, these open universities have eligibility of graduation in any subject for MA. But I would advise you to download brochure cum application form of IGNOU and have a look.
