I am an engineering graduate and am interested in pursuing a career in media and communication. What must be my next step an MBA or a PGDM?

Since I have no background in media and communication, I am very confused about what my next move should be. It would be great if you could suggest a few courses that I may opt for. I am more inclined towards marketing/ communication/ branding, what are the job positions I may hold after the course?
