I am an Indian Army Officer willing to do a French/ Russian Language Course through Correspondence. Which is the Best Option for me?

I am a graduate in B.Sc(Maths Sc) from Delhi Univ with 56% Marks and want to learn Foreign Languages like French/German/Russian/Spanish.I am in Service since 2008 and wish to expand my Horizon in Foreign Languages. I cannot avail a Full time Course.
