I am an Indian citizen with Poland visa who is currently studying. Can I change my course and apply for MBA in Germany?

You can, but you have to apply for a student permit in Germany, and most probably you have to apply from the Indian consulate in India itself. It will be a very complicated process and wastage of valuable time, you should have thought about your study plans beforehand. Get in touch with some universities in Germany, if you are serious and contact the Indian embassy.
