I am an Indian student. I wish to continue my studies in Germany. Should I learn German? Can I pursue the course in German?

Depends what you want to study. UG courses are generally taught in German and applicants must be fluent in German language. If you are applying for PG courses you will find courses being offered in both English and German. In addition to German language knowledge you must have very good academics.
