I am an instructional designer in e-Learning industry. I plan to go for a management program. Please suggest what should I go for: part-time, correspondense course, or online interactive programs by IIMs/XLRI? I want to know about the relative weightage that each of these programs command in market.

Although, all the correspondence, distance learning and other such programs are equally rated as such programs have very little value in the job market however, if you have a good amount of work experience you should opt for programs provided by IIMs, XLRI etc. as these Institutes have a
