I am an IT Professional with exp of 3.2 yrs.I want to move my carrer to HR,does opting for Long distance mba help me in changing my profile?

B.tech 72%,working as testing professional in IT,got good communication skills,like to interact with people,want to choose training and development in HR as my carrer since that will give me happiness at work.I wont be able to opt for regular course.So suggest me options.
