I am an IT student and programmer, coding is not my cup of tea so I want to go for MBA IT. Is it a good decision to go for this course?

You need to be very clear as to what you need to do in your career. You think again. MBA would be good only if the specialization subject you take helps you in your career. So either choose it carefully or else first decide what kind of work you want to do in your career.
