I am an IT student of 2nd year..and i cant attend college for some financial reasons...is it possible for me to opt for distance education?

right now am gonna appear for my 3rd semester and i have two live KTs of first year....bh am enable to attend college because i have to work too,is it possible for me to do correspondance starting from 3rd sem???and I am from mumbai university
