Since you are already a masters degree holder, you have the following options 1. Phd in Management 2. Add relevant certifications like PHR/ SPHR/ GPHR etc from HRCI USA. 3. Opt for Online Executive MBA courses offered by IIMs, IITs, FORE etc in association with NIIT Imperia and hughesnet education.
