    HR is all about people management so till such time organisations employ people the scope for HR will be there. Irrespective of the industry there will always be a demand for HR professionals. All that one needs to do is keep investing in oneself to upgrade skills in your profession as the requirement does keen changing with advent of new areas like BI and data analytics.
