I am an MBA in HR an 1.5 yeas of exp in HR. I want to pursue a full time certification course in HR from abroad. Please help me.

I have a 1.5 years of experience in HR with a leading MNC. I want to pursue a certification course from a good university abroad to broaden my horizons. Please suggest the names of the courses that I can pursue and the universities which have these courses as a part of their curriculum. Thanks.

Well if you reach 2 year experience level, it would be the best option to go for "Professional in HR" certification offered by HRCI which is an internationally recognized HR institute. for more details, check out http://www.hrci.org/
