I am an MBA Marketing and Finance with 7 years work experience in Life Insurance Sales, want to change, should I go for SAP CRM or SAS?

Hi,
1. If you are interested in quantitative analytical jobs, and are interested in statistical analysis, then learn SAS.
If you are not so mathematically, and statistically oriented, and would rather be doing jobs such as project management, business analyst, then go for SAP.

what your are asking as value added tools which can improve your efficiency. please check what the person / manager is doing in the position where your wish to go
