I am an MBBS garduate. I want to pursue post graduate degree in Medical Engineering. Is it possible? If yes how. Please help me.

I am an Medical graduated completed my MBBS in 2021. I am interested in studying in Machines, medical instruments, prosthetucs etc. So I head One can get Medical engineering degree after completing MBBS. But I have no idea which college offers the course and which exam should I preparing.
