I am an mechanical engineer and self employed now. I was looking for a distance Mba. So which is the best one in India?how is smude?

I have 89% in engineering. I have no work experience because I am into a business since 4 years. How's the industry acceptance for smude? Is it ugc approved now after it had a dispute with ugc. Any foreign university for distance Mba?
