Hi,
Having a low GPA is an issue, but try to cope up your GPA by end of 3rd year. Sit for placements. Else, you can directly go for a Master's degree in either field you choose as there is a lot of scope in Master's degree. -
You being an NRI student doesn't matter much. You need to make your CGPA around 7 at the end of 3rd year. You will be eligible for placement in most of the companies. Prepare well and bag a job. Work for a year and go Masters in civil from abroad if you want to study further in engineering. Or else work for 2-3 years in the same company anyhow and then go for MBA from India or abroad. This MBA along with your work experience can separate you from the herd and can bring you good package.

6 years agoHello Manan,Manipal is a great place to learn. My sincere advice for you is to bag some good placement, work for couple of years and then go in for executive MBA's offered by IIMS or other prestigious business schools. I feel getting on hand experience will do wonders for your career. Best wishes to you.
