I am an NRI who is currently doing the IB curriculum. My 12th final exams take place in May. Will that clash with the IPMAT exams?

The IPMAT timelines would be fixed so it may clash depends on the timeline.
But as far as rules are concerned provisional certificate for 12th would be fine and make the person eligible to give the exam.
    Hope that helps.
    All the best!
