I am an OBC candidate. Can I get scholarship without going through MHCET CAP round?

The scholarship is allotted generally to the candidates who have got the admission in CAP rounds. It is difficult for you to claim the fee waiver scholarship from the Government of Maharashtra. For which scholarship you are applying read the terms it will be mentioned there.
