Hi, Yes, you can directly join LPU as this time LPU NEST is being conducted for a bigger scale of scholarships. The syllabus and the paper pattern is given on the website. You need to start the admission procedure soon as the seats are filling fast due to online admissions. You can check the admission procedure from the given link also: - https://youtu.be/yCFqV7T0zrIYou will get direct admission on the basis of your XII qualification. You need a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent. Lovely Professional University gives direct admission to the students scoring equal to or more than 85 percent in JEE Mains. However, those having scored less than 85 percent appeared for LPUNEST - the entrance cum scholarship exam of LPU. Let me tell you the NIRF ranking of LPU is 51 in engineering. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck for all your future endeavours.

  • At Lovely Professional University, a candidate can take direct admission with JEE score more than or equal to 85 percentiles. Besides admission LPU also offers certain scholarships on the basis of JEE score and that is applicable throughout the course. But if your score is less than 85 percentiles then you need not get disheartened as you can grab the same benefits at LPU by appearing in LPUNEST (Test to be qualified for getting admission to LPU) and also avail good amount of scholarship. So I suggest you to appear for LPUNEST.

As per the present guidelines of the university, for admission to B.Tech. the candidate should have 60% in 10+

Dear candidate, there is no need to worrry if you missed LPUNEST in first phase. The unviersity conducted test  in different phases so you can apply for test again in next phases. You will get two chances to qualify test . If somehow you will not able to appear in first attempt then in second chance you can apply and qualify it by getting maximum scholarship in course fees. The fees and scholarship varies from one course to another.

Thank you .

If the candidate is not satisfied with his/her marks in LPU NEST, he/she can retake the examination in the subsequent phases which will be conducted throughout the year. LPU has allowed attempts for the same examination so that students can improve their scores and become eligible for scholarship. It is advisable to use this time between retakes for focusing on weak areas, practicing more mock tests, and revising key concepts to perform better on the next attempt.

Dear,   The amount of time you should spend daily preparing for LPUNEST depends on your current knowledge level, the programme you are applying for, and how much time is left before the exam. On average, it is recommended to dedicate 2–4 hours daily for focused preparation over several months.

For students appearing for B.Tech or science-based programs, daily sessions can be divided into 1 hour each for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and 30 minutes for English and Aptitude, with short breaks in between. For MBA or Law aspirants, you may focus on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, General Knowledge, and Current A

In order to manage time wisely during the LPU NEST examination, candidates should start their preparation by having some knowledge about the exam pattern and syllabus. Candidates should take up regular timed mock tests that have a similar environment as the real exam in order to keep on improving with their speed and accuracy. It would be best to start with the questions with which candidates feel comfortable. Leaving out difficult questions would allow the candidates to return to them later, if time permits. Some target-setting, mini-deadlines for each section, should help ensure that pacing remains in balance. There are a few calcula
