I am an SC candidate from UP. Can I get BIET, Jhansi with 268 marks in UPSEE?

I got Rajkiya Government College in 1st round of counselling. Can I get BIET, Jhansi in the 3rd round since 3rd round is supposed to be for SC candidates only.
