You can pursue fashion designing by searching nearby institutes that teach it. If it's a private institute then you can easily pursue a one-year Diploma in fashion designing and then you can start your own work.

If it is possible for you to join a regular course, then go and apply for a college or apply for online courses that you can study as per your ease.
