I am an ST and scored 64% in class 12th boards but got under 1k in CRL. Am I eligible for admission in NITs or IIITs?

First clear it what is CRL, And if u have scored very good rank you can easily think of getting IITs, IIITs and NITs. Before hand research about college faculty and placement record, campus infrastructure and other facilities available in college.
