    Anish,
    Apologise for the late reply.
    It's very difficult to answer this the reason being, your aptitude may differ and hence the need for preparation too. I used Arun Sharma and Notes/booklets from one of the Cat preparation institutes. What matters the most is your hands on the online tests and practice.

    It's better to refer to some teacher at a coaching center. I referred to the study material provided by T.I.M.E.

    If you practice well enough, no reason for it to not be sufficient. I would recommend that you solve previous year's papers as well, though. And, all the best :)
