I am appearing for 10+2 with maths & NATA 2018. Can I apply for B.Arch at Chandigarh University? What shall be the tentative cutoff?

A student who has a minimum 50 percentage in 10+2 and has qualified for at least one of JEE Main(paper-2) or NATA is eligible . All the other course details are here:http://www.cuchd.in/architecture-and-design/bachelors-of-architecture.php.
