I am appearing for 12th boards this year and want to go Australia for Bachelors degree. I've not taken my IELTS exam. What to do?

It's okay. Your board exams will get over by the end of March I presume. After that you can still take up the IELTS exam. The results of it will come out in just two weeks. After that you can easily apply to the university of your choice. I would suggest you to select the University now itself as sometimes the seats might get filled up quickly depending upon the course.
