I am appearing for 12th exams. What is the procedure to pursue B.Tech from G. B. Pant University, Uttarakhand?

It depends on what is your state domicile.
If you are from Uttarakhand then you have to appear for UTU exam and if you are other than that then you have to appear for JEE Mains and then participate in counselling for the college.
