I am appearing for CAT 2015 but unfortunately I took 3 years to pass Class 12 and am a passout of NIOS. Would that be a problem?

I passed out my class 10 from ICSE board and then took 3 years to pass class 12 from NIOS due to various personal reason.I qm a HM grad with 59% mark and having 18 month work ex and scoring 83+ in mocks.
